Well, my brother's friend wants to sell me his jg m4 gun. Its only 70 dollars, and it doesnt have a battery, because the old one broke. would you recommend buying this? i want an m4, however i want a very small m4 that is shorter. here's the gun though.

I cant speak for the gun internally as it could be hit or miss. Externally on that specific model, it looks like the body is plastic and the carry handle is molded onto the upper receiver (so you wouldn't be able to detach the carry handle and add a red dot). You'd need to buy a metal body if you wanted a flat top receiver.
