I've been really thinking (doesn't take much really) that I really want an indoor gun. There's just way too many to choose from... I like the MP7 but I also like some of the smaller AKs... Hmmmm any suggestions?

With the MP7, you're stuck with a 7.2v 500mah battery. The stock fps is around 250. I'd go with a gun that can take a large battery so that you can really get the ROF up.

I'm really liking the VFC kac pdw... I believe you need to use a battery box though.

Actually, it looks like VFC is making a 1 point battery sling... now that would be a nice setup.

If you're looking for an AK, I'd look into Kalash's line of guns. They're all around $100, full metal, and they use the regular version 3 gear boxes, so you can upgrade it with the usual internals when you want to. I've been very tempted to buy one of their AK-74's to check out the quality.

I'm sure the stock internals and build quality wont be as great as a Marui or VFC, but you cant beat the price.
