So last Friday, I decided to call AEX and find out what the hell is going on with my gun. Turns out it was ready but no one bother to call me. That's fine as long as I can get the gun so I can finally use it. Well right when I got out from work I drove down to AEX to pick it up.

The gun was ready just like they said so I decided to give it a test drive while I was there at the store. Yeap, the gun fired just fine. OK I'm going to put the safety on... Oh hey the safety isn't engaging... WTF?!?! I brought it up to one of the workers and he decides to fiddle with the gun... Well he can't figure it out but he quickly just tells me that I'll just have to be careful when I play with the gun... FUCK THAT!!! The safety worked fine when I brought the gun in to get it fixed... He decides to grab a display M9 and swap out the the top 1/2 of the gun... I'm thinking, hey they should have just done this in the first place... Well he couldn't get the slide off of my gun... Great, they did a half ass job.

I decided to hell with it. I'll give them a few more weeks to fix the gun, if by then the gun is not fix then I'm going to ask that they either a)Replace the gun entirely or b)Credit me the money somehow and I'll just buy the new Tactical M9 and pay the difference. Now remember, the gun has been there since the first week of Sept.

Now I was just reading up on their website their Product and Warranty policy
"PRODUCT AND SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, AIRSOFT EXTREMEâ„¢ products, upgrade, and repair work carry a CLASS-LEADING 60 DAY 100% LIMITED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY for manufacturer's defects and in-house modifications only."

Well what do you guys think and recommend?

That's absolutely ridiculous, I would at the very least ask for a refund for any labor charges you've had to pay. What horrible service. I've never had AEX work on a pistol before...but I wasn't happy with the quality of service when I had the Q Project work on my side arm.

Well I decided to go in to AEX to see if they had finished "working" on my gun. Nope, they haven't even finished fixing the "safety not engaging and slide not coming off" problem... Well I hung out for a bit to talk to them since they were busy at the moment to see if there was an alternative. Before I could say anything Johnny's friend (I forget his name) gave me a new M9 Tactical PTP. It's the same as my old M9 the only difference is that the Tactical version has a rail.

Well now I have my M9 back... But I really don't think I'll have a use for the rail, at least not yet...

Can't wait to shoot someone with this.... Oh wait.... since it's a new gun I guess it has to shoot me first :)
